Project Management

As advocates for collections we offer a wide range of project management services to support staff through collections care projects.  Whether a stand alone or multi-phased collections-based initiative, every project begins with engaging all staff and stakeholders in the shared vision and desired project outcomes.  With  forty five  years of proven experience, we understand the importance and  complexities to integrating collection care best practices for safety, tracking and access with the competing needs and practicalities of facility upgrades, programming and outreach.
